We are currently looking to hire a Full Stack Developer for one of our European clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to design, develop, test, and deploy web applications and services.
• Build responsive and engaging user interfaces using TypeScript and React, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience across devices.
• Develop robust back-end solutions using Java, Spring Boot and Node Js, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
• Utilize Terraform to define, manage, and maintain the infrastructure on GCP, ensuring the scalability and reliability of our applications.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintain best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack, from front-end user interface elements to back-end database interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to project maintenance and support, including debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing the existing codebase as needed.
• Exhibit the ability to understand and work with the existing codebase while ensuring self-reliance in tackling development tasks.
• Actively participate in the debugging process to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Proactively identify opportunities for code enhancement and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

An Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrates an engineering and solution-oriented mindset, showcasing independence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Possesses a solid background in front-end development using TypeScript and React, with a track record of delivering visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.
• Exhibits expertise in back-end development, particularly with Java and Spring Boot, enabling the creation of robust and efficient server-side applications.
• Displays a high level of familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and has hands-on experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Can effectively showcase personal coding projects that highlight proficiency in both front-end (TypeScript, React) and back-end (Java, Spring Boot, Node Js) technologies.
• Convert Figma design assets into production-ready front-end code, ensuring pixel-perfect rendering and responsive design across various devices and screen sizes.
• Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks, coupled with clear and effective English communication skills.
• Thrives in collaborative environments, demonstrating humility and strong teamwork while also possessing leadership acumen.
• Approaches learning with enthusiasm, valuing the exchange of knowledge with colleagues.
• Prioritizes a positive attitude and adaptable approach as essential qualities, valuing these attributes over a specific technical skillset.
• Displays flexibility in working during Central European work hours (CET) to ensure smooth team collaboration across different time zones.

• Familiarity with Sharepoint, React, Vue etc. lists is advantageous, but not a strict requirement for the role.
